Our team recently held a Lunch n' Learn at the Jack Conway office in Lakeville, where they educated the staff on SERVPRO industry standards. Everybody loved the food, courtesy of Riccardi's!

While at a health and home expo, not too long ago, I had an attendee approach our table to ask about mold remediation. She had a general contractor go out to her home to take a look at some potential mold growth. He convinced her that she would need to completely rip out the roof joists and replace, along with a brand new roof of course. Now whether he was being misleading or he himself had been miseducated is beside the point. On Sept. 10, 2013 we had the privilege of having members of the New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce come to our new office and perform the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for us and our staff.

Academica Restaurant in Fall River, MA was devastated by multiple pipe bursts. Even though it will be a while before they are operational again, I'm glad we were able to get in there quickly to assist them on the road to reopening and being better than ever!

We had a tremendous turnout for the Grand Opening of our new SERVPRO location on Aug. 18th 2016. Thank you to all those that were able to come out and celebrate with us. We were truly overwhelmed with all the support we received.
